Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. Success requires building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment with proprietary analytics.

Key day‑to‑day activities include prospecting, studying industry trends and news, conducting product demonstrations, and leveraging CoStar Group’s deep industry knowledge to grow your client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
  • Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive new business and close deals.
  • Partner with Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular in‑person meetings, which will require travel by car and may require travel beyond the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
  • A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit university is essential.
  • 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.
  • Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record/abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success in building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle before or by start date.
  • Flexibility and adaptability at a fast‑growth company.
  • Self‑starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
