This is a contract remote role for an Appointment Setter, based in Arlington, VA. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing calendars. Key tasks include maintaining clear and professional communication with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the team in achieving business growth objectives.

• Experience in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and managing prospect pipelines
• Effective Communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM tools and scheduling software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or sales are a plus
