As a Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions, you will help expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high-potential prospects. You will join a market leader in CRE technology, helping lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights. Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities by demonstrating the value of our SaaS, data, and information services tailored for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Territory Engagement: Travel within your region to meet clients and prospects, deliver product value, and strengthen partnerships.
- Strategic
Collaboration:
Work with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize client satisfaction. - Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
- 4-10 years of solution selling experience with success owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college/university.
- A track record of commitment and success with prior employers.
- Willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations regularly.
- History of success in selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- Experience with complex sales processes.
- Comfortable with diagnostic selling and delivering solutions to clients and prospects.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a current and valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ideal candidate is well-versed in technical skills, risk concepts, and selling to HQs of target companies.
- Versatile sales professional with experience in real estate, data, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes (enterprise software, banks, and lenders).
- Understanding of economic and risk models and the ability to discuss data integration with clients.
- Familiar with US banking regulations, stress testing, and compliance reporting.
