RPG Squarefoot Solutions is seeking a high-performing, hunter-minded sales professional to lead revenue growth for HP Site Print across a multi-state territory.
This is a quota-carrying, revenue-first role designed for someone who thrives on owning a territory, building pipeline from the ground up, and closing complex deals in the construction industry.
As our Site Print Champion, you’ll position HP’s advanced robotic layout technology as a transformational solution that reduces labor costs, accelerates schedules, and eliminates rework for medium and large self-performing general contractors and AEC stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus – 75%)- Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Prospect and develop new business across Florida through New Jersey
- Target:
- Self-performing general contractors
- Large specialty subcontractors
- VDC/BIM leadership teams
- Surveying and layout groups
- Lead discovery conversations focused on:
- Labor reduction and productivity gains
- Schedule compression
- Accuracy and rework avoidance
- Build compelling ROI-driven business cases
- Manage the full sales funnel in Dynamics
365 with strong forecasting discipline - Partner with RPG sales leadership to develop closing strategies and proposals
- Lead persuasive virtual (Microsoft Teams) and in-person jobsite demonstrations
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Present effectively to executives, project managers, VDC teams, and field leaders
- Leverage your industry network to accelerate opportunity development
- Support customer onboarding and adoption at a high level
- Coordinate with HP and RPG technical teams as needed
- Drive customer satisfaction, references, and expansion opportunities
- Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales
- Experience selling construction technology, AEC solutions, capital equipment, or automation platforms
- Strong consultative and executive-level selling skills
- Ability to run discovery, build ROI narratives, and manage complex sales cycles
- Comfort leading live and virtual product demonstrations
- CRM discipline (Dynamics
365 preferred) - Ability to travel regionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Established network within self-performing GCs or specialty trades
- Familiarity with construction layout, surveying, VDC, or BIM workflows
- Experience selling enterprise or multi-site solutions
- Consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Building and maintaining a healthy, accurate pipeline
- Becoming the trusted HP Site Print expert for customers and internal stakeholders
- Driving measurable market expansion across your territory
