Sales Associate, – Washington D.C.

Job Description

As an  Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry. You will engage in sales presentations and in‑person client visits, advise and sell marketing solutions, prospect new clients, and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development – Use extensive market data to prospect opportunities, develop new business, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain client relationships, provide strategic marketing advice, and grow revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and local market trends.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support with regular, value‑add communication, share market insights, and offer solutions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience in digital marketing or advertising, or equivalent in the multifamily industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative environment.
  • Commitment to previous employers.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to drive regularly during work hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendation skills.
  • Adaptability in a high‑growth company.
  • Self‑starter ability, organized, detail‑oriented.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through the entire life cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent academic performance in college.
  • Regular access to a motor vehicle prior to start date.

Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 plus commission and benefits.
