Sales Development Representative; Hybrid

Arlington positions open to candidates located in the Washington DC area.

• Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects and engage them in a KnowBe4 product.
• Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers.
• Pass the qualified and interested prospects to their assigned Territory/Account Executive(s).

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT security field is a plus.
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Experience with a CRM or other sales tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• "Pleasantly persistent" as it can take multiple tries to reach a prospect.
• Ability to leave a message and sound interested.
• Must be highly organized and results-oriented.
