Position: Homes.com Field Sales Account Executive - Arlington, VA

Position Overview

Field Sales Account Executive – Arlington, VA. Energetic individual to act as key liaison between  sales team and real estate agents, increase visibility of membership product, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events to answer questions and demonstrate products.
  • Generate excitement and interest in  products, build effective customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide product information, deliver educational material, and conduct product demonstrations of membership benefits.
  • Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
  • Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers on‑site and via web presentations.
  • Report sales progress and pipeline to Sales Manager.
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay current on product features and brand strategies.
  • Build trusting relationships with agents to influence the close of sales deals.
  • Travel up to 90% of the time.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college OR commensurate experience as a full‑time residential real estate agent and high school diploma.
  • 3+ years of customer service or client‑facing experience, preferably in sales or account management.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of driving record check prior to start.
