Position Overview
Field Sales Account Executive – Arlington, VA. Energetic individual to act as key liaison between sales team and real estate agents, increase visibility of membership product, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events to answer questions and demonstrate products.
- Generate excitement and interest in products, build effective customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide product information, deliver educational material, and conduct product demonstrations of membership benefits.
- Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
- Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
- Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers on‑site and via web presentations.
- Report sales progress and pipeline to Sales Manager.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay current on product features and brand strategies.
- Build trusting relationships with agents to influence the close of sales deals.
- Travel up to 90% of the time.
- Customer‑focused with passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport.
- Detail oriented, strong time‑management and prioritization.
- Problem‑solving skills and diplomacy in handling client issues.
- Team player with collaborative mindset in fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college OR commensurate experience as a full‑time residential real estate agent and high school diploma.
- 3+ years of customer service or client‑facing experience, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of driving record check prior to start.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Passion for sales and achieving goals.
- Effective internal and external relationship‑building skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
