Responsibilities
  • Business Development – Prospect new opportunities and identify upsell and renewal opportunities using CoStar Group’s extensive market data.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing plans and grow revenue.
  • Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your territory.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Focus – Provide outstanding support, regular value‑add communication, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Basic Qualifications (External Applicants)
  • Minimum three years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent multifamily industry experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
  • Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to drive regularly during the workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
Basic Qualifications (Internal Applicants)
  • At least 18 months of successful CoStar Group sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
  • Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to drive regularly during the workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to build reporting dashboards and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a high‑growth environment.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team, while remaining highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, including contact and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
  • Consistent access to a reliable motor vehicle prior to or by the start date.

Base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 plus a generous commission and benefits:
