ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role you will sell human resources technology as a dedicated account executive, managing the full sales cycle and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–150 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives and key decision makers across the assigned territory.
- Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to renewal, including cold‑calling, presentations, negotiation and closing.
- Forecast your sales pipeline accurately and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Document and manage multiple sales cycles, staying involved through implementation until the new business is fully operational.
- Deepen relationships within existing accounts to cultivate additional business opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Proven track record of closing quota‑carrying B2B sales, preferably in HCM, technology, or related fields.
- Strong self‑starter with persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make cold calls and manage time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence in taking risks, challenging the status quo, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Graduation from college is a plus but not mandatory; relevant experience of at least two years in outside sales, or three years in HCM or technology sales, qualifies.
- Experience building a network and using social media for sales outreach.
- Military background demonstrating teamwork, resilience and negotiation skills.
Base salary range: $44,800 to $97,200 per year, plus commission and bonus potential.
