Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Residential Canvasser

Potts Brothers Construction is a Class A licensed general contracting company serving Arlington, Fairfax, Alexandria, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. We specialize in garage additions, home additions, and concrete work — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a motivated, people-friendly canvasser to help us connect with homeowners who need our services.

• Knock on doors in assigned residential neighborhoods 4–5 days per week, evenings (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Introduce Potts Brothers to homeowners and ask about interest in garage additions, home additions, or concrete work
• Collect homeowner contact information and note the property address
• Log and relay leads back to the team promptly and accurately
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly manner

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Reliable and self-motivated — you're working independently in the field
• Honest and detail-oriented when recording lead information
• Prior canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned areas

• $20/hour base pay
• +$50 bonus per valid lead (homeowner is reachable and expressed interest)
• +$100 bonus per lead that converts to a signed job

A strong evening's work can easily push well above base pay with bonuses stacking on top.

4–5 evenings per week | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
