Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to lead a cross‑functional team and help AWS grow the business with strategic ISV customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategy for strategic ISV customers.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C‑suite to engineering and support teams.
  • Own the strategic relationship, implementing comprehensive strategies for adoption and service deployment.
  • Drive adoption of AWS services into a portfolio of strategic ISV customers.
  • Exceed annual revenue and win targets.
  • Build and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
  • Engage and direct functional teams such as demand generation to curate a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with partners to oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops.
  • Manage operational aspects of the business with Sales Ops (e.g., SFDC).
  • Develop long‑term strategic relationships with AWS executives and partner management teams.
  • Lead through Amazon's Leadership Principles and foster high customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects for global customers.
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software or computing infrastructure successfully delivered to customers.
  • Knowledge of technology principles and services including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer‑facing technology.
  • Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.
