Job Overview
We are looking for a talented individual to lead a cross‑functional team and help AWS grow the business with strategic ISV customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategy for strategic ISV customers.
- Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C‑suite to engineering and support teams.
- Own the strategic relationship, implementing comprehensive strategies for adoption and service deployment.
- Drive adoption of AWS services into a portfolio of strategic ISV customers.
- Exceed annual revenue and win targets.
- Build and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
- Engage and direct functional teams such as demand generation to curate a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops.
- Manage operational aspects of the business with Sales Ops (e.g., SFDC).
- Develop long‑term strategic relationships with AWS executives and partner management teams.
- Lead through Amazon's Leadership Principles and foster high customer satisfaction.
- 6+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services.
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects for global customers.
- Experience taking a leading role in building complex software or computing infrastructure successfully delivered to customers.
- Knowledge of technology principles and services including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer‑facing technology.
- Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.
Base salary ranges by location:
USA, MA, Boston – – USD annually
USA, NY, New York – – USD annually
USA, VA, Arlington – – USD annually
