New Gen Technologies is an IT Services provider with a 25+ year history specializing in Government Contracting. We're seeking a technology-centric Sr. Business Developer that can secure new business and drive the growth of our Technology Services and IT Staffing capabilities.
New Gen will offer a handsome base salary, aggressive commissions and a share in the profitability of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities /Attributes:- Must reside in the Washington DC Metro Area
- 5+ years' BD/Sales experience in Federal/DoD/Intel space
- Formalize our sales organization, define our sales approach, select prospecting tools, create marketing strategies, identify industry events to attend and build a team
- Thorough understanding of Federal Government contracting
- Effectively build, manage, and continually develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Participate in sales, positioning, and strategy discussions with company leadership
- Facilitate prospective customers' understanding of New Gen capabilities and help identify solution offerings that will meet their needs
- Lead pricing and positioning strategies for new and existing clients
