As a Provider Relationship Manager
, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field‑based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.
You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long‑term referral relationships.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
- Conduct in‑person meetings and educational outreach
- Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
- Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
- Partner cross‑functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
- Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
