Position Overview

Field Sales Account Executive – Arlington, VA. The role involves acting as the bridge between ’s sales team and real estate agents, creating excitement about  products and expanding the company’s presence in a designated territory.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events.
  • Generate excitement and interest in the  products; develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide product information, deliver educational material, and conduct demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
  • Make sales and technical presentations on‑site and virtually as required.
  • Report progress and pipeline updates to Sales Manager.
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions to stay informed on new product features.
  • Build trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence sales closings.
  • Travel up to 90% of the time.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent real estate agent experience plus high school diploma.
  • 3+ years of customer service or client‑facing roles, preferably in sales or account management.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check is required.
