Position OverviewField Sales Account Executive – Arlington, VA. The role involves acting as the bridge between ’s sales team and real estate agents, creating excitement about products and expanding the company’s presence in a designated territory.
Responsibilities- Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events.
- Generate excitement and interest in the products; develop lasting customer relationships.
- Provide product information, deliver educational material, and conduct demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
- Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
- Make sales and technical presentations on‑site and virtually as required.
- Report progress and pipeline updates to Sales Manager.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions to stay informed on new product features.
- Build trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence sales closings.
- Travel up to 90% of the time.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent real estate agent experience plus high school diploma.
- 3+ years of customer service or client‑facing roles, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check is required.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry.
