The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Cloud Sales Center. The candidate will partner with sales leadership to shape and optimize the go-to-market strategy, lead cross‑functional initiatives, own rhythm of business activities, and design new tools and processes that enable operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales leadership to shape and optimize the go-to-market strategy of the Cloud Sales Center organization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders to execute key priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Own rhythm of business activities and continuously improve their effectiveness.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution while building scalable mechanisms to prevent recurrence.
- Design and implement new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize and enable operational excellence across the organization.
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools used for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is - USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
