Account Representative – Fulfillment Recruitment & Development (FR&D)
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Representative for our Fulfillment Recruitment & Development team (FR&D). The role is focused on developing and managing a sales pipeline of high‑value accounts and executing sales and account‑management strategies to exceed output goals. The incumbent will identify and build relationships with key decision‑makers in senior management teams of existing accounts, collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
This work will be dedicated to a High ASP workstream with high visibility and significant impact potential.
Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in e‑commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach is required. Experience selling nascent products or services into new markets is valuable. Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills, comprehensive experience with AI tools, Excel, and MS Office, the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and a passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Drive outreach efforts across a pipeline of high ROI opportunity customers.
- Capture the Voice of the Seller (VOS) to surface key learnings, objections, and pain points, and present findings to product stakeholders to improve product suite.
- Participate regularly and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Write documents to be reviewed by director‑level leaders.
Our team operates across HQ1 (Seattle, WA) and HQ2 (Arlington, VA). We drive seller outreach and consultation across Amazon US and Canada’s most strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work in e‑commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
