The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business‑critical problems to build and execute go‑to‑market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi‑billion‑dollar businesses. WWSO teams are made up of specialists with deep technology and industry expertise who help carry their fields into the future. As part of WWSO, you’ll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.

Within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team, this position is part of the Amazon Bedrock Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for Models on Bedrock, focusing on expanding model choice and access for customers. We define go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the “first‑in” teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions.
This role involves activities including market sizing, working with your counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand use cases and technical requirements, working with foundation model partners to develop joint GTM strategies, creating content to train field teams, driving industry thought‑leadership, working with product teams to define new features. You will lead and drive engagements with customers from various segments, from startups to multinational enterprises, and work with partners to develop GTM and co‑sell motions.
Keyjob responsibilities
- Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.
- Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions.
- Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best‑in‑class field enablement and sales strategy.
- Support field teams in solution building for high‑priority customers.
- Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
