Sales Capture Senior Manager – Responsibilities

As a Sales Capture Senior Manager you will shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service. You will lead opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interact with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
  • Define pursuit strategies, develop compelling client messaging, and build trusted executive relationships.
  • Bring differentiated, industry‑leading perspectives leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data & AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape and deliver scalable, business‑driven solutions.
  • Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
  • Travel may be required; the amount varies from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience selling capital market opportunities.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience with a quota of at least $10M.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience selling financial services opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
  • Bonus qualifications: experience working within G2000 customers; experience building and managing C‑Level client relationships; proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment; demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration (military or civilian); high energy level, focus, and ability to excel in demanding client environments; excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership, problem solving, and decision‑making abilities; unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.

Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges by location are:

  • California: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Cleveland: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Colorado: $136,800 – $237,600
  • District of Columbia: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Illinois: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Maine: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Maryland: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Massachusetts: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Minnesota: $136,800 – $237,600
  • New York: $136,800 – $237,600
  • New Jersey: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Virginia: $136,800 – $237,600
  • Washington: $136,800 – $237,600
