Startup Account Manager, Startups

Overview

As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and help drive growth amongst a set of well‑funded, high‑potential startups. The role focuses on acquiring, expanding, and retaining startups on the AWS platform by partnering with founders, CxO leaders, investors, and internal teams to deliver value through AWS services.

• Drive growth with top VC‑backed startups.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well‑developed sales engagements and successful go‑to‑market strategy.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Engage founders, CxO, board members, and VC influencers to advance adoption.
• Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Travel moderately as required.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• AWS Certification.
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre‑sales, or consulting.

The base salary range is $92,400.00 – $ USD annually. The total compensation package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
