As a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long‑lasting, service‑focused, customer relationships and advise on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools.
Work will involve leveraging CoStar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations.
Please note this role is on‑site in our CoStar Group office in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
- Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients, drive sales and close new business.
- Partner with colleagues across the Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your specific territory.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular in‑person meetings, which will require travel by car and may require travel outside the driving radius of your office location.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales‑related role in a B2B environment.
- 2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a driving record check prior to start.
- Experience building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics.
- Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team environment.

This position offers a base salary range of $70,000‑$80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
