This is a field-based role covering Stream’s retail network across the DC region (MD, DC, VA). As the face of Stream on the ground, you will visit 114 stores across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, reaching a network of roughly 10,000 employees. You will work directly with store managers and frontline teams to drive adoption of our financial wellness platform.
Stream has partnered with a well‑known national grocery chain in the region to bring our app to their work forces. Your mission is to make that rollout a success store by store: building relationships, running in‑store activations, and ensuring every eligible employee knows about Stream.
Based in the DC metro area, you will own your schedule and plan efficient weekly routes across the region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, loves being out in the field, and can quickly build genuine trust with store‑level teams.
Contract & ScheduleThis is a fixed‑term contract for up to six months. While we are open to an exceptional part‑time candidate, full‑time is strongly preferred.
Full‑Time (Preferred): 40 hours/week | ~4 field days & 16 store visits per week. At this pace, you’ll hit all 114 stores by month two, leaving plenty of time for meaningful follow‑ups.
Part‑Time: 20 hours/week | ~2 field days & 8 store visits per week.
What will you be doing?Field Execution:
Plan efficient weekly routes to visit 114 stores across MD, DC, and VA.Run in‑store activations and connect 1‑on‑1 with employees to drive Stream app downloads and adoption.
Build strong relationships with store and assistant managers to secure ongoing access and support.
Track visit outcomes and follow‑ups, keeping accurate records from week to week.
Serve as the primary go‑to for employees getting started on the Stream platform.
Spot and resolve sign‑up barriers at the store level, proactively escalating bigger issues.
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to effectively connect with a diverse workforce.
Provide weekly updates on visit metrics, store adoption rates, and feedback from the field.
Flag trends, blockers, and opportunities to help shape the strategy for the wider rollout.
Contribute to the 3‑month review with your firsthand assessment of what’s working and what isn’t.
Based in the DC metro area with a valid US driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
Strong retail background (ideally grocery or pharmacy) with a deep understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to effectively connect with local store teams.
Able to plan and manage your own weekly schedule with minimal supervision.
Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport with both frontline workers and store managers.
Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a role measured by outcomes and results.
Competitive base salary dependent on experience, starting from $70,000 pro rata.
