You will leverage Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Gong Engage, Pendo and other platforms to develop coaching programs and strengthen onboarding.
You will design data-driven coaching, monitor performance metrics, create sales content with Marketing, and train the Commercial team on best practices to improve outcomes.
