The Beauty Counter Manager leads the La Prairie counter at the Pentagon City location, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales. • Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools (including text and social media)
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with opening customer rewards accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment and keep the counter organized and customer-ready

• Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare, and knowledge of current trends
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, handle concerns with empathy, and build loyalty
• Proven sales drive and ability to perform in a commissioned selling environment
