• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build customer relationships, open Nordstrom Rewards accounts, and grow a repeat clientele
• Provide knowledgeable style and fit advice and deliver exceptional customer service
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed and work varied schedules

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
• Comfort using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and engage customers
• Ability to work effectively on a team, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
