Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing specialty contractor serving commercial, industrial, and government clients throughout the Washington, DC metro area. They are seeking a motivated Service Sales Manager to expand their commercial service business by developing new client relationships while growing an established portfolio of existing accounts.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative, Building Services Sales Professional, Mechanical Services Sales Representative, or Facilities Services Account Manager looking to transition into a thriving commercial roofing service business. If you know how to build relationships, generate service contracts, and sell maintenance solutions, our client will provide the roofing-specific training needed for long-term success.

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial service accounts
• Prospect new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and relationship development
• Conduct on-site building inspections and identify maintenance and repair opportunities
• Prepare proposals for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and repair projects
• Build lasting relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and government agencies
• Partner closely with operations, estimating, and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer activity using CRM software
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and service offerings

• 4+ years of B2B service sales experience
• Experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Commercial HVAC Service Agreements
  • Mechanical Services
  • Building Maintenance Services
  • Commercial Roofing Services
  • Building Envelope Services
  • Facility Services
  • Construction Services
• Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing accounts
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Experience using CRM software
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing rooftop inspections (training provided as needed)

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
