Territory Business Manager, Dermatology - Washington, DC

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while meeting legal/compliance requirements.
• Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage healthcare office members and provide customer service through total account management.
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations.
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.

• Minimum 2 years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
• High urgency and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
