Job Schedule:

Day Time Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site‑specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby access, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain front desk logs in support of security‑related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer questions, direct employees and visitors, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and report unusual activity or policy concerns according to location guidelines.
• Support a professional front desk presence within a fast‑paced corporate location while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent procedure follow‑through.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
