Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support entry procedures in accordance with site protocols for a fast‑paced business environment.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance as needed.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
