Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to verify authorized access, assist with visitor processing, and support security-related procedures for employees, vendors, and/or contractors;
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with site personnel, and following post orders and client-facing service expectations in changing conditions
