Security FLEX Officer

Allied Universal - 18th Street South - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with site expectations.;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directional requests, and following post orders for after-hours access, visitor-related activity, and incident reporting.
