** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to verify authorized access, assist with visitor processing, and support security-related procedures for employees, vendors, and/or contractors.

+ Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with site personnel, and following post orders and client-facing service expectations in changing conditions.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
