Part Time Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site expectations.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
* Monitor access points and help to confirm that visitors, vendors, and/or contractors follow property entry procedures and directional guidance.
* Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with building contacts and/or public responders during alarms, medical events, or other property-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
* An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* A guard card and/or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
