Security Officer Part Time - Overnights

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check-in processes, verify identification and access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry;
Answer phones, greet guests, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts as needed;
Support access control and other security-related procedures in a professional financial services location while maintaining awareness of daily front desk activity
