Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused office location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, access control activity, and visitor movement to help to deter unauthorized access and support site protocols for deliveries, guests, and after-hours activity;
Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, observed hazards, and policy-related issues, while providing clear directions and assistance to people on site
