Overview

At Booz Allen, you will play a critical role in safeguarding national security as a Program Security Officer supporting the Army client. You will coordinate closely with the government Program Security Officer (PSO) to ensure the program and facility achieve and maintain full accreditation and comply with all national, DoD, and program‑specific security policies.

Responsibilities

• Own all security management functions within the assigned activity.

• Manage security incidents, reporting, and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement.

• Verify personnel clearance levels through DISS and work with the Project Manager to justify and document access requirements.

• Establish, deliver, and document initial and annual refresher security training for all program‑accessed personnel.

• Conduct comprehensive annual self‑inspections and provide the PSO with corrective action plans to achieve full compliance.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) within DoW or IC environments
  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07 V 1‑4
  • Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of the program activities
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of all volumes of the DoD Manual regarding classified information
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Army National Guard missions or state or territory ARNG stakeholders
  • Experience with accreditation frameworks and inspection best practices, including briefing results and driving closure
  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering Intelligence Community Directives for SCI programs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, including RMF, JSIG, and ICDs 704‑705
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
