Special Pathway Opportunity

Zetier is opening a dedicated pathway for individuals who already have direct familiarity with our work, people, or programs and who see a clear way to contribute that our current job descriptions do not capture. This role is intended for candidates who can identify a specific operational gap, capability expansion, or mission opportunity within Zetier and clearly explain how their background enables them to address it.

This is not a general interest application. If you know our team, understand our capabilities, and can identify where you fit into the bigger picture, this role provides a streamlined way to raise your hand.

Required:

• Demonstrated familiarity with our mission, capabilities, and operating environment (e.g. prior collaboration, customer engagement, or close industry interaction)
• Clearly articulate a specific capability gap or operational needs
• Ability to translate experience into immediate contributions
• Willingness to operate in a dynamic, early-stage environment
• U.S. citizen; able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Desired:

• Experience operating in small, high-trust technical teams
• Experience supporting national security missions
• Active U.S. security clearance
