As an acquisition-focused munitions analyst, you'll bring your strategic and technical expertise to work alongside senior portfolio management leaders on projects that drive acquisition policy and defense procurement decisions. You'll use your skills and expertise to assess technical capabilities, evaluate readiness, and establish doctrine for the DoW's munitions portfolio.
Work with us to recommend policy-driven solutions, participate in senior executive engagements, and develop reporting tools to assess munition capabilities against an evolving threat landscape.

You Have- 5+ years of experience in the DoW acquisition enterprise
- 3+ years of experience supporting major capability acquisition programs for platform and weapon capabilities, including artillery, rockets, and subsonic, supersonic, or hypersonic cruise missiles
- Experience developing and evaluating acquisition strategies, acquisition program baselines, risk reduction plans, or international cooperation plans
- Experience preparing and coordinating correspondence requests directed to senior department leadership, legislative branch offices, foreign governments or agencies, international organizations, or private organizations
- Experience reviewing the annual defense authorization and appropriations acts for provisions that affect air platform and weapons programs
- Knowledge of all phases of the planning, programming, and budgeting system
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing mission capability portfolios to assess cost, schedule, and performance risks associated with the system-of-systems required to execute mission threads
- Experience developing monthly and quarterly status reports on major acquisition programs, including Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs)
- Experience supporting the preparation of Acquisition Decision Memoranda, Overarching Integrated Product Team (OIPT) reports, or program update briefings
- Experience supporting General Accounting Office and DoD Inspector General studies and audits
- Defense Acquisition University certification in systems acquisition or the defense industry

Top Secret clearance is required.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
