Plans, develops, administers, and coordinates both long and short-range complex security programs;
Manages the overall planning, formulation, and coordinating of SAP physical security matters with the HQDA Security and the Defense agencies;
Performs lead action officer duties for developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring policies, instructions, and procedures for the ASPD personnel and technical security programs to reduce vulnerabilities;
Provides overall safeguarding of national security information with emphasis on classified or other sensitive information originated or controlled by DA/DoD elements;
Coordinates security requirements for classified meetings, materials, or facilities in support of SAP operations
