Executive SummaryHRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage a large, complex security contract serving as Key Personnel and ensuring flawless contract performance at the facility.
Position DescriptionThe Program Manager will hold full responsibility for the overall performance of the contract work. You will serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government, ensuring continuous availability for consultation regarding urgent or emergency matters, and overseeing all personnel management including situational telework operations.
Position Responsibilities- Maintain overall responsibility for the performance of the contract work and serve as Key Personnel.
- Remain available during normal duty hours and outside normal duty hours for government consultation regarding urgent or emergency matters.
- Identify to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) any task or work requirements that may be performed at an alternate worksite.
- Manage situational telework for Key Personnel while ensuring security guards and post-standing personnel operate strictly on-site.
- Ensure teleworking is accomplished at no additional cost to the Government and without detrimental impacts on contract performance.
- 10 years of experience in military physical security, law enforcement, armed-security operations, force protection, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing large, complex security contracts.
- 3 years of experience managing a contract in direct support of a DoW or military client.
- Active, final, and adjudicated Top Secret SCI eligibility prior to start date.
- Ability to hold a Common Access Card (CAC) throughout the duration of the contract.
- Demonstrated knowledge of armed-security licensing, training, firearms qualification, and workforce management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
- Experience transitioning a large incumbent federal workforce.
