The Security Specialist
- International supports security activities related to foreign partner engagement, international facility access, and cross‑border program coordination. This role ensures that classified, controlled unclassified, and program‑sensitive information is protected in accordance with international security agreements and U.S. security policies. It also maintains documentation, assessments, and compliance processes that underpin secure multinational operations.

- International will author, maintain, and update international security documentation including Security Operations Manuals, SOPs, Security Classification Guides, Access Management Control Plans, Project Security Instructions, SSAMPs, COOPs, OEPs, Program Protection Plans, and Emergency Action Plans as required by the Government. - Security Specialist
- International maintain and update Government security websites, databases, and systems of record such as JADE, DISS, SharePoint, and local archives. - Assist in scheduling and executing security‑related meetings, conferences, and working groups, including recording notes and identifying international security tasks or responsibilities.
- Perform task management and track Government‑identified priorities, reports, and international security actions.
- Provide international security assessments, including Staff Assistance Visits, and deliver protection guidance to support partner nation compliance.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of program equities to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and potential exploits affecting international operations, ensuring mitigation methodologies are applied.
- Assist with developing and executing Corrective Action Plans, POA&Ms, and compliance documentation aligned with security regulations and policies.
- Identify security incident trends related to international activities and incorporate mitigation training into program operations.
- Security Specialist
- International receive, transmit, and file visit requests for personnel and visitors accessing CONUS, OCONUS, and international facilities. - Assist in developing construction security plans, SOPs, fixed facility checklists, and documentation required for SCI/SAP facility operations under international or partner nation constraints.
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of international security policies, foreign partner security agreements, INFOSEC and PERSEC requirements, and cross‑border documentation standards.
- Skilled in authoring, maintaining, and organizing comprehensive international security publications, assessments, and compliance materials.
- Ability to evaluate risks and vulnerabilities within multinational environments and recommend effective protective measures for sensitive program equities.
- Skilled in coordinating international access requests, supporting meetings, tracking cross‑country tasks, and maintaining databases and systems of record.
- Ability to support facility documentation, training programs, and secure multinational operations in alignment with DoD and intelligence community guidance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Volumes Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Master's Degree in relevant field; or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
