Job DescriptionResponsibilities Noblis is seeking an on-site Nuclear and CWMD Intelligence SME to serve as the Government's primary POC & to provide overall guidance for all requirements. The Nuclear and CWMD Intelligence SME shall have working knowledge of the DRP mission and possess subject matter expertise on strategic deterrence related analyses, counterintelligence, and WMD systems. This will be an onsite position at the Pentagon.
This position is part of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities:
- Providing responsive support to investigations directed at discovering, disseminating, and applying new or expanded knowledge from disciplines that contribute to understanding 21st century deterrence (broader than traditional nuclear deterrence) and the associated threats.
- Integrating intelligence and intelligence community (IC) products into A10 portfolio scope requirements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree & 8 years of relevant experience. Will also consider an Associates & 11 years of experience or an High School diploma 14 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Must a US Citizen w/ an active Top Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and research experience in Nuclear and CWMD-related topics; including strategic deterrence related topics.
- Experience incorporating WMD threats into strategy, plans, policy, operations, and doctrine of concern to the Nuclear and CWMD Enterprise, including nuclear deterrence, capabilities, and NC3.
- Experience working in and liaising with the Intelligence Community, Interagency, and AF/A2 in integrating intelligence and IC products into analysis and briefings.
- Demonstrated working experience with NDO capability Master Plans, including NC3.
- Demonstrated experience with integrating intelligence and IC products into nuclear deterrence operations; and for extended deterrence considerations in AF and IC collection and analysis, requirements, methods, and priorities.
- Experience in incorporating WMD issues and concerns, nuclear enterprise issues and concerns, and foreign clearance issues and concerns into AF and IC collection and analysis, requirements, and priorities.
- Experience in identifying and highlighting the operational effects and impacts for WMD use against AF operations based on unclassified and classified information.
- Experience in setting operational requirements for collection, gathering, processing and dissemination of national and departmental Nuclear and WMD intelligence to key Intelligence offices at MAJCOMs and Organizations across the larger Nuclear and CWMD Enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience working with counter-intelligence community and issues
- Demonstrated experience working in complex environments with multiple POCs.
- Demonstrated experience in generating briefings; drafting information, point, white, and decision papers; drafting testimony and articles for publication; and, preparing senior Government personnel for public speaking engagements.
