Period of Performance:1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
Location:Arlington, Virginia
Salary Range: $110,000–$160,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding undue foreign influence and risks associated with foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.
- Analyze volunteered information associated with prospective awardee submission packages and develop risk assessments concerning potential foreign influence.
- Analyze foreign entities proposing to DARPA projects and assess risks associated with the research and/or proposer.
- Prepare and provide risk assessments and recommendations to DARPA leadership.
- Provide weekly status updates regarding open and completed reviews to SID/SAPCO leadership and contribute information to monthly management reports.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant analyst, risk management, or program security experience
-OR- an Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience. - Demonstrated successful experience supporting DoD or IC research and development (R&D) programs.
- Knowledge of foreign influence risks, foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, research, and written communication capabilities.
