Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor for and report unusual conditions, access-control concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.;
Maintain required documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily activity logs, while complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies.
