As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Clearance Required in Arlington, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious persons, vehicles, or conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
