Control Room Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems for multiple client sites
• Dispatch and coordinate field security officers during incidents
• Assess and prioritize alarms, calls, and security events
• Document incidents, activities, and communications in logs and reports
• Follow established security, safety, and escalation protocols
• Operate radios, phones, and computer systems in the control room
• Liaise with clients, emergency services, and internal stakeholders
• Support incident response, evacuations, and emergency procedures
• Maintain situational awareness of all assigned facilities
• Participate in ongoing security, safety, and technology training
