DCJS Unarmed Security Officer License
We are hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide night security coverage at a residential property in Arlington, VA. This position is ideal for someone who is alert, professional, reliable, and comfortable providing a visible security presence while conducting foot patrols.
Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor assigned areas on foot
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Identify, document, and report suspicious or unusual activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Enforce site rules, procedures, and company policies
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and others on site
- Valid DCJS Unarmed Security Officer License required
- Prior security experience preferred
- Residential security and/or foot patrol experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Military or law enforcement background
