Av Foreman; Security Clearance

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Foreman to lead commercial audio-visual installation projects with a focus on systems that include Crestron, Extron, or AMX control platforms
. The AV Foreman will supervise onsite teams, ensure project timelines are met, and act as the technical lead for AV installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and system functionality. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth AV knowledge, and a hands-on approach.
Active security clearance required (Top Secret clearance preferred).

• Lead and oversee the installation of commercial AV systems including displays, projectors, video walls, speakers, microphones, control systems, and related infrastructure.
• Interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and technical documents to execute project plans.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Crestron, Extron, and/or AMX control systems.
• Supervise and coordinate field technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Perform cable pulls, terminations, equipment mounting, rack building, and system testing.
• Maintain communication with the Project Manager regarding project progress, resource needs, and any onsite issues or delays.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing to verify proper system performance before project turnover.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and job site protocols.
• Provide on-site training or system walkthroughs to clients or end users as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation including change orders, punch lists, and daily reports.
