Carpenter

This role is located OCONUS and is contingent on contract award. The position requires experienced carpentry skills to support mission‑critical infrastructure for the Department of Defense and related agencies.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of building woodwork and associated equipment.
• Design, build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials, including furniture, stairways, door frames, partitions, and rafters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and provide accurate work estimates.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material (e.g., fiberglass and drywall) according to measurements.
• Inspect building frameworks (e.g., walls, roofs) to identify the need for repairs or replacements and ensure structural integrity.
• Liaise with other maintenance teams to coordinate renovations or major repair tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment during all construction activities.
• Maintain accurate records of materials inventory and task completion to ensure accountability and project tracking.
• Other duties as required.

• Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI with polygraph.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ten years of experience, including two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of repairs and installation of floor and ceiling tile, walls (plaster, block, drywall), masonry work, locksmithing, cabinet making, framing, formwork, and general knowledge of the painting trade.
• Experience operating small power tools and machinery as required.
• Experience reading blueprints and performing material take‑offs from prints.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

• Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to professionally work with the customer and subordinates.
• Knowledge of PM programs.
