Facilities Technician Job Description
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in general maintenance, facilities, property, or building operations. While HVAC knowledge or experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Respond to task orders efficiently.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical installations and services.
- Ensure the effective operation of building facilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred.

Work EnvironmentWork hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
