B. F. Saul Company and Affiliates at The Waycroft in Arlington, VA. Under the direction of the Lead Engineer, the Maintenance Technician will maintain the property, process resident service requests in a timely manner, perform preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and conduct turnovers and renovations of apartments.
- Process all resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform preventative maintenance, unit inspections, and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting systems.
- Conduct turnovers and renovations of apartments.
- Attend shifts as needed, including 24/7 community operations, weekend and overnight hours.
Three to five years of engineering experience and a strong customer service orientation. High school diploma required. Able to lift 60 lbs. and safely move appliances, comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft., and possess experience in multifamily or hospitality environments (preferred).

Competitive salary of $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience, along with 401 k, incentive program, tuition reimbursement, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and a diverse and inclusive culture.
